What Haystacking provides

Haystacking helps you organise and understand your training data through dashboards, analytics, goals and social features. The service may change as we improve it, and individual features may depend on your plan or connected training platforms.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share your one-time login codes, misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its security or operation.

Your data and connected platforms

You keep ownership of the data and content you provide. You give Haystacking permission to process it only as needed to operate the service and provide the analytics and features you request.

You must have the right to import or share the data you provide. Connected training platforms remain subject to their own terms, and you can disconnect them from Haystacking.

Social features

Profile information and other content you choose to share must be lawful, respectful and must not violate the rights of others. We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, secure the service or comply with the law.

Plans and payments

Available features, limits, prices and billing periods are shown before you select a plan. Changes to a paid plan take effect as stated before you confirm them. Payments may be handled by a trusted payment provider.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Training insights

Haystacking's insights are based on your data and automated calculations. They are provided for information only and are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a substitute for professional guidance. You remain responsible for your training and health decisions.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Haystacking reliable, secure and accurate, but the service may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. Haystacking is not responsible for losses caused by decisions based solely on its insights or by services operated by third parties.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You may stop using Haystacking and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or close an account because of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, a security risk or unlawful use.

If these terms change materially, we will update the version and date and provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the new terms take effect means that you accept them.
